ABSTRACT: The overall success and sustainability of an organisation are mostly contingent upon the operational and strategic management of its human resources component. Enhanced productivity in various aspects, such as profitability and organisational efficiency and effectiveness, is contingent upon the management of human resources and the strategies employed in this regard. The field of human resources management plays a crucial role in supporting beneficial changes that lead to enhanced performance. As a result of these circumstances, it is imperative to enhance certain aspects of the human resources department's operations that necessitate modification or replacement. The project topic "computer-based human resources management information system" was launched. The objective of this project is to implement computerization inside the human resources department, with the goal of decreasing time limitations, job backlogs, and enhancing the maintenance of deficient records in the system. The current system will be subject to examination and evaluation. The areas of concern have been identified and corresponding solutions have been proposed. A computer model will be devised to address the problematic areas necessitating computerization and enhancement, with a focus on employing tactics deemed optimal for regions requiring evaluation. This will significantly contribute to assisting human resources management in effectively addressing the issues presented by the rapid progress of information technology both domestically and internationally.
